Course Overview
The Future of Focal Therapy Master Course will be a half-day interactive didactic and hands-on training to learn how the NanoKnife System (IRE) is expanding options for patients with cancer around the globe. This program will be held on Wednesday, October 16th from 11:30 AM-5:00 PM with lunch, food & beverage served throughout the course.
Learning Objectives
- Develop an understanding of the NanoKnife System (IRE)
- Identify a process for optimal patient selection
- Analyze case reviews to determine procedural approach post-training
- Gain knowledge on how to develop a NanoKnife Program at your facility
REAL WORLD EXPERIENCE:
Faculty will spend time reviewing their own experience and sharing case results from patients treated with the NanoKnife System as a primary therapy, a salvage option when radiation fails, and performing a radical prostatectomy AFTER a NanoKnife procedure.
There will also be a debate on focal therapy with the NanoKnife System versus robot-assisted radical prostatectomy.
The program will conclude with tips on how to implement this exciting technology into your practice and how you can partner with AngioDynamics.
