Jennifer Miles-Thomas, MD, MBA
Dr. Jennifer Miles-Thomas is a distinguished Urologist and healthcare executive whose extensive clinical and leadership expertise spans medicine, business administration, and organizational innovation. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine and residency and fellowship training in Female Urology at the James Buchanan Brady Urological Institute at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. Building on her clinical acumen, Dr. Miles-Thomas earned an MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), equipping her with a dynamic skill set to drive strategic growth and improve patient care.
Previously serving as the President and CEO of Urology of Virginia, Dr. Miles-Thomas is the Treasurer of the American Urological Association and currently serves as Vice Chair of Integration and Innovation at Northwestern Medicine. She has held numerous other leadership and board appointments, consistently championing patient-centered care, quality improvement, and forward-thinking solutions in the healthcare sector. Recognized for her vision and dedication, Dr. Miles-Thomas continues to shape the future of medicine by blending rigorous clinical knowledge with transformative business strategies.
