Alexander Kenigsberg is an Assistant Professor and Director of Urologic Oncology at VCU Health, Massey Comprehensive Cancer Center in Richmond, Virginia, where he launched the institution’s in-office transperineal biopsy and focal therapy programs. He received his MD from NYU Grossman School of Medicine, residency training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, and fellowship training at the National Cancer Institute. Dr. Kenigsberg has specific research interests in image-guided diagnosis and therapies, as well as organ preservation, for GU malignancies.
